## SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pokaone! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### 1. Order Processing Time
* **In-Stock Items:** All standard, in-stock orders are processed and packaged within **2–5 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
* **Pre-Orders:** Orders containing pre-order items will **ONLY ship once all items in the order are available**. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
* You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We primarily utilize trusted carriers including USPS and UPS to ensure safe delivery.

* **Domestic Shipping (USA):** Delivery typically takes **3–7 business days** after the processing period, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
* Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays.

### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

### 4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
* **Correct Address:** Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct, complete, and accurate shipping address at checkout. Pokaone is **NOT liable** for packages delivered to the wrong address, returned to sender, or lost due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
* **Returned Packages:** If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, incorrect details, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee to have the package sent out again.

### 5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Pokaone is not responsible for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes full liability for the shipment. 
* If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
* We highly recommend opting for shipping protection/insurance at checkout (if available) for added peace of mind.
