## SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping guidelines below carefully before placing your order.

### 1. Processing & Domestic Shipping (USA)
* **Processing Time:** Standard in-stock orders take **2–5 business days** to process and package before shipment. 
* **Pre-Orders:** Orders containing pre-order items will **ONLY ship once all items in the order are available**. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
* **Shipping Carriers:** We primary use USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

### 2. Address Accuracy & Delivered Packages
* **Customer Responsibility:** Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are **NOT liable** for packages delivered to the wrong address, returned to sender, or lost due to incorrect details provided by the buyer.
* **Returned Packages:** If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or absence, the customer must pay for the re-shipping fee.

### 3. Transit Damages & Missing Packages
* **Carrier Liability:** Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for delays, transit damages, or lost/stolen packages. 
* **Route/Shipping Protection:** (Optional but recommended) We highly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind.

 

## RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales of products shipped from our facility are considered **FINAL SALE**. However, we accept returns or exchanges under specific, limited conditions outline below.

### 1. Return Eligibility & Window
* **Unopened Items Only:** To be eligible for a return, the item must be **unopened, unused, sealed in its original plastic wrap/packaging**, and in the exact condition you received it.
* **Return Window:** You must contact our customer support (**your-email@email.com**) within **7 days of delivery** (according to the tracking number) to request a return. 
* **Non-Returnable Items:** Sale items, clearance products, and items with Pre-order Benefits (POBs) or Lucky Draw event entries are strictly **FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned or exchanged.

### 2. Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items (CRITICAL)
* **REQUIRED: Unboxing Video:** Due to a high volume of false claims regarding missing photocards, inclusions, or defects, **we strictly require a continuous, unedited unboxing video.** * The video must start *before* the outer shipping box is opened, clearly showing the shipping label.
  * The video must show the entire unboxing process without any cuts, edits, or framing breaks.
  * **If an unboxing video is not provided, we cannot assist with refunds, missing inclusions, or replacements.**
* **Outbox/Packaging Condition:** Please note that the outer case, box, or sleeve of an album/merchandise is designed solely to protect the contents inside. Minor scratches, dents, or tears on the outbox incurred during transit **do not qualify as a defect** and are not eligible for return.

### 3. Return Shipping & Fees
* **Customer Responsibility:** Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our explicit error (e.g., wrong item sent). 
* **Restocking Fee:** For buyer's remorse returns (e.g., ordered the wrong version or changed mind), a **10% restocking fee** will be deducted from your final refund total.
* **Refund Issuance:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit, depending on customer preference) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
